We are experienced in providing flexible, bespoke care and support services tailored to meet the needs of individual clients. We never compromise on quality.
We match every client with a fully competent staff member to support their needs. We offer respite services when required at short notice and on a block booking service. We are able to support with transport to attend day centres for example although this will come with a small contribution.
Live-In Care
Our live-in Care offers round-the-clock care in the comfort of your own home from a dedicated carer. It offers you the opportunity to have one of our compassionate, expertly trained carers live with you in your own home, supporting you at any time of day or night. Not only will your live-in carer be able to provide you with practical and physical care; they will also be your companion and offer emotional support. Our live-in care is centred around your personal needs, routines and preferences. All of our live-in carers are handpicked for their kind, empathetic personalities, and your local care manager will pair you with someone who matches your likes and interest.
Supported Living
Through quality support and housing services, we help our service users’ gain the life skills they need to build the foundations for independent living. The amount of support we provide varies depending on needs, and can be anything from a few hours a week, up to full-time support or intensive support over a short period of time to help achieve a goal. We also encourage peer support as much as possible, where mutual support and a shared journey empowers people to make the changes and learn together.
Medication
We provide care and treatment, including medication management, in a safe way. Medication is administered by designated and appropriately trained member of staff. We ensure that medication reviews are part of, and align with, our service users’ care and treatment assessments, plans or pathways.
Palliative Care
We provide specialist care (e.g., cancer or dementia care) for service users who are terminally ill. We ensure that our service users’ get the expert care they need in the place they feel happiest and most comfortable.
Home Care
We deliver a specialised care service based on your daily requirements. Our aim is to help you remain independent and live a high quality of life in the comfort of your own home. Whether you require just a few hours of additional support a week or full-time care, we can provide you with a service tailored to meet your needs.
Semi-Independent Living (SIL)
At Dunnis, we provide a range of semi-independent living (SIL) services for young people in care and leaving care as well as unaccompanied asylum-seeking children (UASC). Our service enables you to transition smoothly to adulthood. We will support you to achieve your aspirations and outcomes e.g., gaining employment, training, apprenticeship, volunteering. Our support workers encourage and empower all our young adults to grow and develop their independence, resilience, and confidence.
